Julie started her career in 1986 with Colefax and Fowler as a decorative artist specialising in decorative effects and murals for commercial and residential clients.  In 1990, deciding that the travelling was too much with a young family, Julie branched out on her own.

Today she continues to undertake commissions for murals and artwork and especially enjoys the “life” portraits, which are often commissioned by those who want a timeless and beautiful depiction of themselves.
